Frequently Asked Questions
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 13:00 to 21:00, and check-out is required by 10:00. We do not offer early/late check-in or late check-out options. We suggest our guests to send us their online check-in to speed up the reception process upon arrival at the hostel. Access codes are sent via e-mail so guests can enter the accommodation independently (access to the hostel is completely restricted from 2:00 to 6:00 a.m.). Please note that guests who do not check in in person at the reception desk during the designated hours (13:00 to 21:00) will not be able to stay at the hostel; their reservation will be cancelled, and their access codes will be deactivated.
Can I cancel my reservation?
For refundable bookings, if you cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your arrival date (13:00), Bulezen will refund the amount. If you cancel or modify your booking outside this timeframe or fail to show up, no refund will be issued. However, for non-refundable bookings, the amount of the reservation will not be refunded under any circumstances.
When do I have to pay for my reservation?
Full payment is required upon booking.
Can animals stay at the hostel?
We love animals, but for hygiene reasons and to ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed in the hostel.
Am I allowed to use the kitchen at any time?
In order to respect quiet hours, the kitchen is restricted from 23:00 to 7:00. There is space available in the kitchen for guests to store their food. It is not allowed to eat nor drink in the rooms. Guests are responsible for keeping the rooms and common areas in a proper state, clean and tidy, making sure that the shared kitchenware is ready for other guests to use when needed.
